Meet the Founder

From 2020 through 2025, Leslie has built a purpose-driven career centered on organizational growth, recovery support, and behavioral health. Beginning in Business Development with Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas in 2020, he played a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission to help individuals overcome addiction and life-controlling challenges. Through strategic outreach, partnership development, and fundraising initiatives, Leslie enhanced community engagement and strengthened the program’s visibility and sustainability. This early experience combined business strategy with compassion, setting the tone for a career focused on people, purpose, and impact.

Leslie transitioned into leadership as an Operations Manager at Ripple Ranch Recovery, overseeing the daily operations of a residential treatment facility. In this capacity, he led multidisciplinary teams, managed client care coordination, and ensured adherence to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. His leadership emphasized communication, accountability, and trauma-informed care — fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients. This role further developed his expertise in program management, compliance, and organizational efficiency within the recovery field.

Currently, as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist , Leslie integrates his professional expertise with lived experience to empower others in their recovery journeys. Collaborating with treatment teams, community organizations, and families, he provides mentorship, advocacy, and personalized support that fosters long-term success.

Leslie has been deeply involved in the world of soccer since 2012, when he began his journey as a licensed referee. His passion for the game extends far beyond the pitch — for Leslie, soccer represents discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. Over the years, he has officiated matches at various competitive levels, earning respect for his integrity, composure, and strong understanding of the game. His commitment to fairness and professionalism has made him a trusted presence on the field and a role model within the local soccer community.

In 2022, Leslie expanded his impact by becoming a referee mentor, guiding new officials in developing the skills, confidence, and ethical grounding needed to succeed in the sport. Through mentorship, he encourages young referees to embrace leadership, accountability, and lifelong learning — values that extend far beyond the game itself.
